It is an informal first conversation where we talk about what has been going on for you, what you want support with, and whether therapy with me feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.
Do I need to know exactly what to say?
No. Many people get in touch without being fully clear on what they need. That is completely fine. We can start with wherever you are.
